Staff Trials
Welcome to Juiced IO Inc. Staff! Please read the following documentation to understand all of the conflict of interest policies of our staff.
Juiced IO Inc. requires all staff to participate in a two-week trial period to ensure all prospective staff are a proper fit. This is where Juiced IO Management will closely monitor their progress and will assess their activity based on the following:
Content Department
Release Information Staff:
Amount of drops posted per week
Quality & accuracy of information provided
Timeliness of each post (Early vs. Late)
Reminder Information Staff:
Amount of reminders per week
Timeliness of each reminder (Early vs. Late)
Appropriateness of each reminder (Essential vs. Nonessential)
Video Tutorial Staff:
Quality of video edit and context
Resourcefulness for clips in the videos
Response times and turn around times
Support Department
Article Support Staff
Quantity of Articles Submissions (More than 5 articles per week)
Quality of Articles Submissions (Rated on a scale from 0 to 10)
Community Moderation Staff
Quantity of Chat Interactions (More than 70 chat interactions)
Quality of Chat Interactions (Rated on a scale from 0 to 10)
Question Response Time (2 minutes or less)
Customer Support Staff
Quantity of Zendesk & Intercom Ticket Responses (More than 7 responses per week)
Quality of Zendesk & Intercom Ticket Responses (Rated on a scale from 0 to 10)
Average Zendesk Ticket Response Time (15 minutes or less)
Live Chat Support Staff
Quantity of Intercom & Discord ticket responses (More than 7 responses per week)
Quantity of fulfilled cancelation or reset requests (No standard amount set)
Quality of Intercom & Discord ticket responses (Rated on a scale from 0 to 10)
Average Intercom & Discord ticket response time (15 minutes or less)
All Juiced IO staff can view a summary of their weekly performance statistics by going to the # leaderboard channel of the Juiced Staff Server. Those who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be asked to stay on as Juiced staff.
