Social Media
At Juiced IO INC, it is important to us how contractors, employees, and other entities or individuals associated with us publicly present themselves on social media. As a company that has over half a million followers across all of our social media accounts, maintaining not only our brand's excellent reputation but also our compliance with social media platforms.
Company Affiliation
One of the most important and useful tools of social media is the ability to show your public affiliation with our company. Below describes in detail how we expect every staff to represent our brand on their social media accounts.
Casual Platforms: Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, and Vimeo are what we consider “casual” social media platforms used for interacting with friends and family. It is currently optional for staff of Juiced IO INC to show brand affiliation to the company on these platforms, however, if you do intend to display affiliation we ask that the following guidelines are stuck to:
In your profile bio, you may put the following “INSERTYOURTITLE at @juicedio” or “INSERTYOURTITLE @juicedio”. For example, if you’re the CEO, your bio may say “Chief Executive Officer at @juicedio”. Please note for YouTube our username is not @juicedio, our YouTube username is @juicedioinc. Please ensure when putting your affiliation in your bio, your title accurately reflects the one assigned to you on your most recent contract agreement (this may include either a Volunteer Agreement, a Contractor Agreement, or an Employment Agreement).
In your profile bio or anywhere in your social media account, you may NOT use the word “Juiced”. It would be best if you either used the word Juiced IO, our company name Juiced IO INC, our social media username (usually @juicedio), or our website https://juiced.io. This is to ensure other companies named Juiced do not confuse you for an impersonator.
In any part of your social media account, you may use slogans or marketing material from official Juiced marketing materials. It is important to note that although we do allow our staff to endorse Juiced using existing materials, this does not mean you may modify existing materials or create or distribute content you create yourself. The only exception to this is if you create material whilst at a company event.
Professional Platforms: Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin are what we consider “professional” social media platforms used primarily for interacting with work colleagues, and of course as well as friends and family. It is currently MANDATORY for the staff of Juiced IO INC to show brand affiliation to the company on these platforms, and we ask that the following guidelines are stuck to:
For LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter all staff of Juiced IO INC are required to use LinkedIn's, Twitter's, and Facebook’s company linking features. Below are instructions on how to affiliate your account.
Twitter: https://help.twitter.com/en/using-twitter/verified-organizations (we will send an invite and you must accept)
In your profile bio, you may put the following “INSERTYOURTITLE at @juicedio” or “INSERTYOURTITLE @juicedio”. For example, if you’re the CEO, your bio may say CEO at @juicedio. Please ensure when putting your affiliation in your bio, your title accurately reflects the one assigned to you on your most recent contract agreement (this may include either a Volunteer Agreement, a Contractor Agreement, or an Employment Agreement).
If you wish to take it an extra step you can even add the word Juiced into your username. We ask if you do this you do it so the word Juiced is at the start of your username and then your real name is at the end. For example, if your name is Ben, your username would be @juicedben.
Acceptable & Unacceptable Practices
Social media is a way to have fun and connect with friends, work colleagues, and of course family. However, it can also be a way to do not-so-harmless activities. It’s important to Juiced IO INC that all of our staff represent us in a way that aligns with our company's ethos.
Acceptable Practices:
Promote Juiced using official marketing materials.
Refer friends and family to our services.
Represent the brand through company affiliations.
Connect with friends, family, and work colleagues.
Have fun, share memes, and be entertained.
Recommend someone to come work for Juiced.
Give another company or person constructive criticism (see below for non-constructive criticism).
Participate in political or public debates, valid criticism, or talk about public figures or politicians. This must be done so in a respectful manner that does not affect our customers, investors, partners, or important relationships. Do not instigate criticism.
Unacceptable Practices:
Do not post content that could make you come across as unprofessional or unserious. This includes content that includes certain poses that may come across as silly or childish (e.g. sticking your tongue out, putting up your middle finger, etc).
Do not discuss private matters with or publicly interact with customers, investors, or partners of Juiced IO INC.
Strictly avoid posting pictures, text, or videos showing or hinting at the use of alcohol, involvement in parties, use of drugs, or anything that could be deemed as degenerate.
Do not promote, encourage, post about, or engage in, crime, porn, destruction, terrorism, war, violence, vandalism, trespassing, or anything illegal or gray area.
Avoid posting anything that could be deemed as “too revealing”, sexual, or related to porn.
Do not publicly criticize, degrade, insult, or argue with individuals or companies (with the exception of politicians and public figures). Any form of negativity, even if it is valid, is a bad look and should be discussed or dissed out privately.
Don’t post any other grey area/frowned upon activity or subject that could reflect poorly on our company.
Do not post anything that violates the social media’s terms of service. This could result in our main accounts potentially being made guilty by association.
Do not post anything that could potentially violate any policy, agreement, or terms of Juiced IO INC, including but not limited to your contract, our terms of service, our privacy policy and etc.
It is vital to stick to the Acceptable and Unacceptable Practices as potential investors and existing investors of our company will frequently audit our team before investing capital, especially key employees. If investors think our team is a bunch of party-goers or are involved in activities that could be seen as degenerate, or worse illegal, we could potentially lose out on hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in investment capital.
