Parting Ways
Welcome to Juiced IO Inc. Staff! Please read the following documentation to understand the Parting Ways Policies of our staff.
Notice Periods
Executive, Manager, or Head: A notice period of 6 months is required for executives, managers, or heads of departments who wish to part ways with the company. This provides ample time for knowledge transfer, succession planning, and finding suitable replacements for critical positions.
Employee: Regular employees are required to provide a notice period of 4 months when resigning or ending their employment with the company. This allows for a smooth transition of their responsibilities and facilitates the hiring process for their replacement.
Contractor: Contractors are expected to provide a notice period of 2 months before concluding their contractual agreement with the company. This enables the necessary adjustments to project timelines and ensures a proper handover of their work.
Returning Juiced Property
Upon parting ways with the company, all individuals, including executives, managers, employees, and contractors, are required to return any company property, equipment, or resources in their possession. This may include but is not limited to laptops, mobile devices, access cards, software licenses, company documents, or any other items provided by the company during the course of their employment or engagement.
The return of company property should be completed before or on the last day of employment or contractual agreement. Employees or contractors should coordinate with the appropriate department, such as IT or HR, to facilitate the return process.
Failure to return company property in a timely manner may result in the withholding of final pay or other necessary actions to recover the company's assets.
It is essential for individuals departing from the company to adhere to the specified notice periods and ensure the prompt and complete return of all Juiced property. This policy ensures a smooth transition, protects the company's assets, and maintains a professional and respectful relationship between the departing individual and the organization.
