Dividends

At Juiced IO INC, our primary focus is on building and growing our business, and we reinvest our profits back into the company to support our continued growth and success. As such, we do not currently offer dividends to our shareholders.

However, if you are currently a shareholder or have stock options that are vesting over the next few years, we are committed to providing value to our investors and expect to begin paying dividends by late 2024. The amount and frequency of dividends will depend on our financial performance and the discretion of our board of directors.

We believe that dividends are an important way to reward our investors for their support and confidence in our business, and we will continue to explore ways to provide value to our shareholders while also supporting our long-term growth and success.
