Overtime Payment

Juiced IO INC values the dedication of our executives, managers, employees, and contractors. While the standard working hours are 60 hours per week, we understand that specific projects or circumstances may require additional work hours. Therefore, overtime work may be required occasionally, but we do not offer overtime pay at this time.

Instead, we compensate our staff for their additional efforts in other ways, such as milestone compensation, profit-sharing, stock options, and additional bonuses. We believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication and will continue to explore ways to provide fair and competitive compensation for all levels of our organization.

We are committed to complying with all applicable labor laws and regulations. We will ensure that all overtime work is voluntary and compensated per local laws and regulations.
