Discretionary Bonus
Juiced IO INC believes in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance and contributions to our company's success. To this end, we offer monthly bonuses to eligible employees and contractors.
The budget for bonuses is currently set at $250-$500, and eligible employees and contractors who are below the manager level may be nominated by their peers to receive a portion of the bonus budget. Nominations are reviewed by the company's leadership team and are evaluated based on the nominee's performance, contributions to the company, and alignment with our company values.
Bonuses are a one-time payment and are in addition to the employee or contractor's regular compensation. The amount of the bonus may vary based on the nominee's performance and contributions, as well as the discretion of the company's leadership team.
Valid bonus criteria:
Customer Assistance: Employees who consistently go above and beyond to help customers, whether by providing exceptional service, resolving complex issues or simply going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This helps to reinforce the importance of customer service and ensures that employees are motivated to prioritize the needs of customers.
High-Quality Work: Employees who consistently produce high-quality work, whether through attention to detail, creative problem-solving, or other means, may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This helps to reinforce the importance of quality work and encourages employees to strive for excellence in all aspects of their work.
Working Extra Hard: Employees who go above and beyond their regular duties, whether by working longer hours, taking on additional responsibilities, or simply putting in extra effort to meet deadlines or achieve goals, may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This helps to recognize and reward employees who are willing to put in extra effort to help the company succeed.
Consistent Community Engagement: Employees who are involved in volunteer work or other community activities may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This helps to reinforce the importance of giving back to the community and encourages employees to be active and engaged citizens.
Prompt Arrival To Meeting: Employees who consistently show up to meetings on time and are fully prepared may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This helps to reinforce the importance of professionalism and punctuality and ensures that meetings are productive and efficient.
Based on the policy provided, Juiced IO INC will allocate a budget each month to award 15-20 discretionary bonuses to employees who meet certain criteria listed above. The bonuses will be distributed as follows:
