Milestone Completion

Juiced IO INC values our staff's hard work and we believe in recognizing and rewarding their contributions to our long-term success. To this end, we offer milestone compensation to employees who achieve specific long-term goals or milestones in an expedited manner of time.

When an employee is nearing completion of a long-term goal, they may be eligible for milestone compensation as follows:

Milestone Completion Timeframe	Compensation Amount
3-Month Milestone Completion	$1,000.00 (USD)
2-Month Milestone Completion	$1,500.00 (USD)
1-Month Milestone Completion	$2,000.00 (USD)

The amount of milestone compensation will depend on the specific goal or milestone achieved. It will be determined by the employee's manager and the company's executive board. Milestone compensation is a one-time payment in addition to the employee's regular compensation.

We believe that milestone compensation is a meaningful way to recognize and reward our employees for their hard work and dedication. We will continue to explore ways to provide fair and competitive compensation for all levels of our organization.
