At Juiced IO INC we take our staff's commitments seriously and we expect the utmost dedication from not only employees but also contractors. We understand that opportunities may arise and that everyone has stuff going for them, however, there are certain things that we must make clear.

Conflicting companies

Below is a list of companies or types of business that we’d consider to be conflicting.

• “Cook groups”

• Product information apps or services

• Inventory management apps or services

• Hyped product release apps or services

• Cross-listing apps or services

• Resell or sell online courses

• Apps or services built specifically to help make selling online easier

Waiver of conflict of interest

At Juiced IO INC we are understanding and flexible with which companies you may work for or with depending on your position. As an employee at our company, the list listed above is nonnegotiable, however for contractors, due to the nature of contracting in itself, we are committed to ensuring that contractors are allowed to work for who they like as long as it does not interfere with our business.

If you are a contractor, we simply ask you to make us aware when you take on new business with competitors as this may affect our ability to work with you.
