Juiced IO INC's remote operation allows its staff, contractors, and other personnel to have a certain degree of control over their work schedules. It's not necessary to track every staff member's work hours in the same way as in a traditional office setting.
However, it's important to note that staff are expected to work between 40-60 hours per week, which is considered essential for the progress and success of a business of this size.
Juiced IO INC staff are allowed to adjust their schedules to accommodate personal needs and preferences as long as they meet the minimum work hour requirements and complete all of their responsibilities for the given week. This means that employees can choose to work more hours on some days and fewer hours on others, or they can arrange their schedules to work during non-traditional hours if necessary.
