Severance
Juiced IO INC only offers severance to particular staff positions. The severance option available at this time is listed below:
Employees: Employees who are laid off or otherwise separated from the company are eligible to receive 15 days of severance pay. This is a one-time payment that is calculated based on the employee's length of service with the company and their salary or wage rate. It is intended to provide employees with some financial support during a period of job transition.
Contractors: Contractors are not eligible to receive severance pay if their contract is terminated or not renewed. This is because contractors are not considered to be employees, and therefore, they are not entitled to the same benefits and protections as employees.
Employees should also be aware that severance pay is contingent on meeting the conditions stated in their contract and in some cases a separation agreement or release of claims against the company.
Severance pay is intended to be a temporary form of financial support for employees during a period of job transition. It is not intended to replace regular income or provide long-term financial security. Therefore, employees should be prepared to take additional steps to manage their finances and plan for their future after their employment ends.
