Employee and Employee Conflicts
Any employee who has a complaint or conflict with another employee should follow the established procedure for addressing such issues:
The employee should first attempt to resolve the conflict through direct communication and informal discussions with the other party involved.
If the conflict remains unresolved, the employee should report the complaint to their immediate supervisor or the designated departmental authority responsible for handling employee disputes.
The supervisor or designated authority will investigate the complaint impartially, ensuring confidentiality to the extent possible.
The investigation may involve gathering relevant information, interviewing involved parties, and reviewing any supporting evidence.
Based on the investigation, appropriate actions will be taken to address the conflict, which may include mediation, counseling, or disciplinary measures, depending on the severity and nature of the conflict.
The resolution process aims to foster a respectful and harmonious work environment, promoting effective collaboration among employees.

If an employee has a complaint or conflict with a member of management, they should follow a similar procedure as outlined below"
