Prohibited Conduct

Harassment: Harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual, is strictly prohibited. Retaliation: Retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or harassment concerns, participate in investigations, or assist others in exercising their rights under this policy is strictly prohibited. Retaliation includes any adverse action that may harm an individual's employment status, terms, or conditions.
Responsibilities
Executives & Management: All managers and supervisors are responsible for enforcing this policy, leading by example, and promptly addressing any discrimination or harassment complaints brought to their attention. They must ensure that employees are aware of their rights and the procedures for reporting incidents.
Employees & Contractors: All employees must familiarize themselves with this policy, understand their rights, and conduct themselves in a manner that promotes a respectful and inclusive work environment. They are encouraged to report any observed or experienced incidents promptly.
Reporting and Investigation
Reporting: Employees who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment are encouraged to report the matter promptly. They should inform their immediate supervisor, manager, human resources representative, or any designated contact person within the organization.
Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation: Reports will be treated confidentially to the extent possible, and the company will protect the privacy of all individuals involved, subject to legal obligations. Retaliation against individuals making good faith reports or participating in investigations is strictly prohibited.
Investigation: The company will promptly and thoroughly investigate all reports of discrimination or harassment. Investigations will be conducted impartially, respecting the rights of all parties involved. Appropriate actions will be taken based on the investigation findings, which may include disciplinary measures up to and including termination of employment.
Training and Awareness
The company will provide regular training to employees on this policy, their rights, and responsibilities. Awareness campaigns and educational materials will be disseminated to reinforce the importance of maintaining a discrimination-free and harassment-free work environment.
Adherence to this policy is a condition of employment. Any employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
