Remote Work Guidelines
Work Schedule and Availability: Remote employees are expected to maintain regular working hours and be available for communication and collaboration as required. b. The specific work schedule should be agreed upon between the employee and their supervisor, considering any overlapping time zones if applicable. c. Employees should promptly notify their supervisor if there are any changes to their remote work schedule.
Communication and Collaboration: Remote employees are expected to actively engage in communication channels, such as email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and project management tools, to stay connected with the team and ensure effective collaboration. b. Regular check-ins with supervisors and team members should be scheduled to discuss progress, projects, and address any challenges.
Equipment and Technology: Remote employees are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary equipment and a reliable internet connection to perform their job duties effectively. b. Employees should comply with company policies regarding the use of company-provided equipment and software for remote work purposes.
Data Security and Confidentiality: Remote employees must adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality. b. Employees should take appropriate measures to secure company information and data while working remotely, including using secure networks and following data protection protocols.
Workspace and Ergonomics: Remote employees are responsible for creating a suitable workspace that promotes productivity and maintains a professional environment. b. Employees should ensure their workspace meets ergonomic standards to support their health and well-being.
Performance and Evaluation: Remote employees will be evaluated based on the same performance criteria as office-based employees. b. Supervisors and remote employees should have regular performance check-ins and set clear goals and expectations to ensure accountability and success.
Compliance with Policies and Regulations: Remote employees must comply with all company policies, including but not limited to those related to code of conduct, information security, and data protection.
Policy Compliance and Amendments
Failure to comply with this policy may result in a review of remote work privileges, including a revocation of remote work arrangements. Juiced IO Inc. reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate remote work arrangements or this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to employees in a timely manner.
